We are a boutique company that manages properties and projects across Lisbon. We are looking for someone to be a key player in regards to the daily operations of short term rental management. This person will be part of a small team (3 people) that believes in “work hard, play hard”. We are all dynamic, organized with a strong sense of responsibility, planning and organization. These factors are fundamentals in our company.
We are looking for someone that will be responsible for ensuring that all Front Office and Back Office activities are synchronized and in progress. When it comes to Front Office, this function requires that you have a good sense of communication, problem-solving and hands-on service. You are the one who is always helping others to find the best solution to their problems whilst keeping everyone calm and happy. When it comes to back office, you will have to ensure that our stocks and physical structures are up to our standard of excellence and in perfect working conditions. It is necessary to supervise in great detail, coordinate and execute all activities related to the operational process and analyze and evaluate what can be implemented to improve our process and increase our quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Do / Coordinate Check-ins / Checkouts
- Guest communication
- Coordinate maintenance and arrange minor repairs
- Quality control
- Coordinate stocks of all apartments
- Manage Excel Spreadsheets / Tasks Applications
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Fluent level of English written and spoken. Spanish and french are added values
- Driving license and keen on using a motorbike
- Weekend availability
- Have a good sense of teamwork
- Sence of responsibility and proactivity: we need to be an independent person
- Organization and planning
- Ability to work under pressure and improvise if necessary with clients
- Have a good sense and love for hospitality and tourism
- Detail orientated
Conditions:
- Salary appropriate to professional experience
- Working days: 22 working days a month, including weekends (mostly), with a total of 8 days off.
- Working Schedule: 15:00-23:00
