How long does it take ? +

Once we receive all the documents and the file is complete, it takes 24 hours for your request to be processed by our services. Then you will receive a Power of Attorney that you will have to sign and us back, by post. Also before opening the bank account, you will have to transfer the minimum amount of 100€ directly to our lawyer. These funds will be then transferred directly to your bank account, without any loss or fee. Within 15 working days you will receive your bank account details by email, and a bit later you will receive your debit card by post.

Is everything really online ? +

Yes: registration to our service is entirely online, you will not have to go anywhere but to the mailbox.

Which bank are you working with ? +

The bank account will be opened with the Portuguese bank Novo Banco, one of the biggest and famous bank in Portugal.

Will I receive a debit card ? +

Yes: a debit physical debit card will be sent directly from the bank to your address, wherever you are.

Is the bank account valid for a visa or residency permit request ? +

Yes :)

Is there any requirement ? +

Portuguese banks will ask for a proof of income. There is no defined minimum amount, but you should be able to show proof that you have regular and staedy income. If the bank doesn't accept your appplication, you will be receive a refund of half of the amount paid.

Is your service for everyone?+

Yes, our service is open to everyone. However citizens from outside of the European Union (except US, UK, Canada and Australia) need to have a previous authorisation from the bank before the opening.

How do I register ? +

It’s very simple: just fill out our online form, fill in the required information and send us the necessary documents. It takes less than 5 minutes.

Of course: while waiting to receive all the documents, you can secure your request. We will prepare your file and you can send us the rest later.
