We help Business Travelers travel smart and achieve more. We are an organization that is service oriented, and we aim to continuously innovate our formula of success. In this role you identify and maintain your own prospect pipeline. With your commercial mindset you generate leads so our sales manager can follow up. You carry out cold calls to potential clients with the objective of speaking to decision makers and arranging meetings which sales management will attend. In case of small- and midmarket clients you can close the sale yourself. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Sales Manager role in the dynamic Business Travel Industry.
Your focus
Conduct thorough research of potential BCD prospects
Lead generation, research relevant contacts & decision makers within prospects
Create plans for acquisition of existing clients and new business opportunities
Updating Sales Managers on pending RFIs/RFPs
Identify and maintain prospect pipeline adequate enough to meet set goals
Ensure thorough prospect identification and market penetration for SME National accounts
Establishes and maintains relationships with key prospect and existing client decision makers
Conducting sales calls to SME's for smaller enterprises with service packages proposal
Create, plan, execute and measure direct marketing campaigns to identified prospect audiences
Attend prospect meetings with Sales Managers when required
Your profile
1 + years' work experience in a commercial role
Pro-active and sales driven personality
Effective communication skills
Experience with B2B sales and CRM tools is a benefit
Good presentation and communication skills
Good sales telephone skills
Highly proficient in spoken and written English & French
Flexible and willing to learn
Motivated by targets and eager to meet set goals
